Sheets made for the shape of your berth

Made-to-measure sheet sets for yachts, woven from long-staple Turkish cotton on Turkey's Aegean coast. Choose a crisp percale or a smooth sateen, and we cut every piece to your berth, from crew bunks to the owner's suite. Custom sizes carry no upcharge.

Yacht mattresses rarely follow standard sizes. Island beds, angled cabins and V-berths in the forepeak each need sheets cut to their own outline. We work from your measurements or a mattress template and cut fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases to fit, so every bed looks tailored and stays in place underway.

Percale or sateen?

Percale is a plain weave with a crisp, cool feel, ideal for warm cruising grounds and cabins that are turned over often. Our percale sets come in 145TC and 160TC. Sateen has a smoother, softly lustrous hand and a heavier drape, offered in 210TC, 300TC and 400TC in a single ply, and in 300TC as a double ply for the densest hand of all.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you make sheets for non-standard yacht mattresses?

Yes. Island beds, V-berths, angled and tapered mattresses are cut to their exact shape from precise measurements or a template.

How do I measure my berth?

For a rectangular mattress, measure the length along the centerline including the edges, and the width at the head and at the foot at its widest point. For depth, place the tape measure on the wood or bed base and measure to the highest part of the mattress, with your eyes level with the top of the mattress. For shaped beds, send a paper template or a photo with dimensions, or ask us to measure on board if you're in South Florida. Please use a regular tape measure, not a tailor's tape.

Is there an extra charge for custom sizes?

No. Custom and non-standard sizes are priced the same as standard sizes. We have three pricing tiers by size: single berth, double berth and oversized berth. Most yachts use the first two.

What does a sheet set include?

A mattress protector, a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a duvet cover and 2 pillowcases. Every piece is also available on its own if you only need to replace part of a set.

Can you embroider the yacht's name?

Yes. We can embroider the yacht's name or burgee on sheets and pillowcases, as well as any other design you prefer.

How should I care for the sheets?

Machine wash warm and tumble dry on low heat with like colors. Never use hot water or high heat.

How long does production take?

Production and quality control usually take 3 to 4 weeks, followed by coordinated delivery to your location.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes. We are based in Coral Gables, Florida, and ship to most places around the globe. We can quote shipping once we receive your order and destination.

Made to measure. Delivered to your yacht, wherever she may be.
