This Privacy Policy explains how MIRA Yacht Interiors LLC (“MIRA”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit mirayachtinteriors.com (the “Site”), contact us or place an order with us. We are based in Coral Gables, Florida, United States.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact and quote requests: your name, email address, phone number, yacht name, vessel details, measurements, and any information you include in your message.
- Orders: delivery details, billing contact information, and the specifications of your order. We do not process card payments on the Site.
- Communications: emails, messages and files you send us.
Information collected automatically:
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring website, and approximate location based on IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used to run the Site, measure traffic and, with your choices respected, support advertising. See our Cookie Policy for details.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and prepare quotes.
- To produce, deliver and support your orders, including measurements and embroidery.
- To communicate with you about your project or order.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
- To advertise our products and measure how our ads perform.
- To protect the Site, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed with:
- Manufacturing partners: textile mills and workshops in Turkey that produce your order, limited to the order specifications and details needed for production and delivery.
- Shipping and delivery providers: to deliver your order.
- Service providers: website hosting (GoDaddy), email (Google), analytics (Google Analytics) and cookie consent management (Complianz), which process data on our behalf.
- Advertising partners: Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) may receive device and usage data through cookies and pixels to show and measure our ads. Under some state laws, this may be considered “sharing” for targeted advertising. You can opt out as described below.
- Legal and business reasons: when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
When you first visit the Site, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies, and you can change your choices at any time through the Manage Consent link. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of targeted advertising where required by law. Our Site does not respond to other “Do Not Track” browser signals, as there is no common standard for them.

5. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use and share, and access a copy of it.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive personal information).
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email info@miralinens.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We will verify your request by matching the information you provide with what we hold, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of your authorization. To opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link at the bottom of the Site.
6. California disclosures
In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email, phone and IP address), commercial information (order details), internet and network activity (Site usage data) and approximate geolocation. We collect this information from you directly and from your device. We use and disclose it for the purposes described in sections 2 and 3. We have not sold personal information for money. We may have shared identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners for targeted advertising.
7. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, generally up to 7 years for order records. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and some of our manufacturing partners are located in Turkey. By working with us, you understand that order information may be processed outside your country of residence.
10. Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised.
